Mrs. Denise Trotter

I had the privilege of inviting Jesus into my heart when I was 13 years old.  My whole family including my aunts and Grandmother committed our lives to Christ on the same evening.   My whole life shifted in the most positive way.  I went through my formative teen years learning how to live for God.    I attended a Christian school for the last 3 years of high school and will never forget how my faith grew.  I married my husband in 1991 and together we raised 4 beautiful children and were blessed to send them to a Christian school and we were amazed to watch them develop their own relationship with Jesus.  Christian education has a huge part of my heart.

I completed my B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University.  I have taught in an early childhood classroom for 33 years and I still marvel at how this age loves to learn.  It is my very favorite age.  I was the curriculum director at my last school and that spurred me into applying for my Masters in Curriculum and instruction this fall from Grand Canyon University.
